Band Bio

Boy bands ruled the airwaves, the Canadian dollar languished just above 68 cents U.S. and Oprah’s Book Club had not yet begun exerting its stranglehold on North America’s collective literary mindset. It was the summer of ’96 when Wayne Reid bought his first real 4-string. But something even more important was happening... ...Lambton County’s Wayne Reid and Kevin Duncan along with a couple other local musicians had started something. Something that not even they could have known the long term consequences of.
They had created a lumbering juggernaut of rock and roll. And its name was Rumblefish. For the very first time on a weekend in June of 1996 …Rumblefish unleashed its onslaught of Rock and Roll fury on the patrons of a bar called The Old Pump House in Petrolia Ontario.

Fast forward to 2010… 5 singers, thousands of gigs, and an estimated 321 drummers later, Rumblefish continues to bring only the best in modern and classic rock, new country, and Brown Eyed Girl, to the good people of Southwestern Ontario. Whether playing the tiny corners of an ex-donut shop, to the larger confines of an outdoor Ribfest stage, the Rumblefish boys are widely known to deliver a quality performance, dashing good looks weekend in and weekend out.
